Une maison de 600 m2 autour du lac d’ Austin. La stratégie pour ce projet consistait à faire une réinterprétation contemporaine des « bungalows» que l’on trouve autour des lacs dans cette région, pour une famille de 4 enfants.
Le programme propose un séjour / salle de repas / cuisine au rez-de-chaussée avec un espace ouvert sur la terrasse extérieure en relation avec le lac et les espaces en connexion : le spa et les salles d’exercices
A l’étage, une chambre master suite / un espace bureau / 4 chambres pour les enfants avec un accès à la terrasse.
Cette maison est à proximité des autres structures comme la marina, la piscine et espaces pour le sport. Les matériaux pour l’extérieur : pierre, fenêtres en bois, toiture en zinc. Pour l’intérieur le sol est en béton, mur blanc, mobilier sur mesure en bois.
CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE AUSTIN TEXAS USA
A 600 square meter house situated by lake Austin. The project strategy was to create a reinterpretation of a modern “bungalow” commonly found around the lakes in this region, housing a family having with four children.
The project proposes homes with a living room, a dinning room, and a kitchen located on the first floor with an open space directly overlooking the outside terrace close to the lake and an area connecting the spa and an exercise area.
On the first floor a master bedroom, an office, 4 bedrooms for children, with access to the terrace. The house is located close to the marina, pool and the sports areas. Limestone was the material used for the exterior, wood for the windows and zinc for the roof. Inside the floors are made of concrete, white walls and custom-made furniture in wood.
